Our emergency response personnel are available to respond to gas leaks 24 hours per day. Call us immediately if you detect an odor that you think may be natural gas. If the odor is strong or if you hear a "hissing" sound that might indicate escaping gas, leave the building immediately.

Do not use the phone or turn any electrical switches on or off. Phone AltaGas Utilities or the Fire Department from a safe location. Do not return to the building or allow anyone else to do so.
