In addition to gas distribution services with default supply, AltaGas Utilities Inc. is also approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission to provide gas distribution services to retailers for consumers who choose to purchase their natural gas requirements from a retailer.
Historic Customer Usage Information Requests
To request historic Customer Usage Information under AUC Rule 010, Retailers must first complete and submit AUI's Retailer Representation and Warranty Agreement.

DISCLAIMER: As of June 26, 2010, AUI will be compliant with AUC Rule 004 (Alberta Tariff Billing Code), AUC Rule 010 (Rules on Standards for Requesting and Exchanging Site-Specific Historic Usage Information for Retail Electricity and Natural Gas Markets) and AUC Rule 021 (Settlement System Code Rules). As a result, some aspects of AUI’s terms and conditions of service may be out of date. AUI is currently working towards updating its terms and conditions of service. In the event of a conflict between the AUC Rules and AUI’s terms and conditions of service, the AUC Rules will apply.
