Cold weather and high gas prices can amount to expensive winter gas bills. To help smooth the impact of high winter gas bills, we offer our Budget Payment Plan. The Budget Payment Plan can help reduce your winter billing by spreading your total estimated annual billing over an 11-month period. Your account is then trued-up in the twelfth month of the Plan.
